چکیده

Viral infections, including Newcastle disease (ND), constitute a major health problem in the rapidly growing poultry industry of Nepal. Despite regular vaccination commercial farms, ND virus (NDV) outbreaks are frequently reported raising concern over safety and immunogenicity live-attenuated vaccines being used. This study was performed to compare four commercially available Nepal after administration at recommended (1X) higher (10X) dose. There no associated with use lentogenic even A varying degree antibody response observed doses thermostable I-2 vaccine outperforming other groups. dose did not improve except for F1 vaccine. To prevent widespread future, molecular surveillance identify circulating strains NDV together periodic evaluation protective efficacy is necessary

Testing of Novel Dengue Virus 2 Vaccines in African Green Monkeys: Safety, Immunogenicity, and Efficacy

The immunogenicity and safety of three novel host-range vaccines containing deletions in the transmembrane domain of dengue virus serotype 2 (DV2) E glycoprotein were evaluated in African green monkeys. The shorter transmembrane domains are capable of functionally spanning an insect but not a mammalian cell membrane, resulting in production of viral mutants that have reduced infectivity in mamm...
